This sauce is crafted by a Peruvian chef, using the Aji Limo, a delicious Andean pepper that has survived from pre-Columbian times. The Aji Limo is characterized by a bright citrus flavor, and it's paired with the extremely hot Trinidad Moruga peppers for extra heat. Pineapple and lime round it out, and it has a slightly creamy consistency.
