How do you ensure glass bottles don't break during shipping?
We use custom-designed, eco-friendly corrugated inserts and heavy-duty bubble wrap to ensure your sauces arrive safely. In the rare event of a breakage, simply send us a photo of the damaged bottle and we will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
What is the 'Heat Rating' system used on your site?
We categorize our sauces from 'Mild' to 'Extra Hot' (including Superhots). Each product page also features a Scoville Heat Unit (SHU) estimate when available to help you gauge the intensity before you buy.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our hot sauces worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.
Are your sauces gluten-free or vegan?

Can I return a sauce if I don't like the flavor?
Due to the food-based nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. However, if there is a quality issue or a mistake with your order, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt.
How should I store my hot sauce after opening?
While many high-vinegar sauces are shelf-stable, we recommend refrigerating all sauces after opening to preserve the color, fresh flavor profile, and heat levels over time.
